RETURNS & EXCHANGES

The procedure for returning an item purchased from our online store, inarrivoitalia.com, is as follows:

  1. Visit your account page: https://account.inarrivoitalia.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

  2. Log in using the email address associated with your purchase.

  3. Select the order you wish to return and click "Request Return."

  4. Choose the item(s) you would like to return and specify the reason for the return.

  5. Submit your request for approval.

If your return request is approved, you will receive an email with detailed return instructions and a return shipping label (if applicable).

Please note: Items sent back without a prior return request will not be accepted.


Do I have to pay anything for a return?

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Please note that the item remains your responsibility until it reaches our warehouse. We recommend using a tracked shipping service and retaining proof of postage.

Important: Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging. Returns that show signs of wear, use, or damage may not be eligible for a refund.


How will I receive my refund?

Once your return has been approved and processed, the refund will be issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase.


When will I receive my refund?

After we receive and inspect your returned item(s), you will be notified by email whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process the transaction.


What if the refunded amount is incorrect?

What if I receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item?

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at info@inarrivoitalia.com so we can assess the issue and arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund.


Exchanges

To exchange an item is to request a return for the original item. Once the return has been approved, you may place a new order for the desired product.


Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Special-order items

  • Gift cards

  • Any item that has been used, worn, damaged, or returned without its original packaging

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt for any reason and without justification.

To qualify, the item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received: unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.
